Open Suite -- A traditional hotel room style, but with a full kitchen at one end, a breakfast bar (or table & chairs) in the middle, and your queen-sized bed at the other end. Even though these are our smallest suites, they're still super-sized, ranging in size from 280 to 325 square feet. Available with or without a Jacuzzi hot tub.

One Bedroom Suite -- Ranging in size from 370 to 462 square feet, these one-bedroom suites are huge. With a separate, detached bedroom, queen-sized bed, living room, and full-sized kitchen appliances, these suites are designed for comfort. Available with or without Jacuzzi hot tubs, in smoking or non-smoking. Some with fold-out couches.

Honeymoon Suite -- These 590 square foot suites put you in the lap of luxury. Available in both smoking and non-smoking, you will enjoy having your Jacuzzi hot tub adjacent to your King-sized Soma soft-sided water bed! And your full kitchen, living room, and breakfast bar dining area will give you plenty of room to stretch out.

Two Bedroom Suite -- Two separate, detached bedrooms, with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony make these 650+ square foot suites hard to beat for value and cost per person. Available both with and without a Jacuzzi hot tub, and in smoking or non-smoking. Some even have fold-out couches.

Three-Bedroom Suite -- Three detached bedrooms make this your most economical way to house a large number of people. At 800 square feet, these suites are very popular with wedding parties, contractors, work crews, and family reunions.

Townhouse Suite -- This is the big one. Two-stories tall, and over 1,300 square feet, you will not find a larger hotel suite in Iowa City. With a full kitchen, large dining area, breakfast bar, living room and standard bath on the first floor, and two queen-sized bedrooms, with a full bath and Jacuzzi hot tub upstairs, you will enjoy the luxury only space can provide.
