Arrival
We flew to Oshkosh as a flight of two with Brian & Christine, our good friends who bought our old '75 Warrior. Our arrival was interesting, with Brian following a confused pilot the wrong direction from Ripon -- which resulted in us taking the lead up the railroad tracks to the Fisk intersection. Brian recovered nicely, and fell in trail... From there we were directed to Rwy 36L -- a first for us -- and (just to add a little challenge) at the last second the controllers had Brian step over to Rwy 36R to allow for a T-6 driver who had swung too wide on final, and needed to land on Rwy 36L behind us. This made rejoining so that we could camp next to each other a bit of a chore, but it all worked out in the end...
