On May 2, 2005, the Civil Air Patrol's Hawkeye Squadron leadership changed from Capt. Casey Schroeder to Capt. Dawn Orr.  Also at this meeting were some promotions, awards, a Moral Leadership talk, and a decision-making mini-seminar, complete with a simulated "Board of Inquiry."
