DC-3 In-Flight   In August, 2006, Iowa City's tarmac was graced by "Rose", a 1943 Douglas DC-3 that participated in the 1944 D-Day landings in France.  The crew of this lovely lady spent the night with us, resulting in this video, taken from inside the cabin, that shows the crew synching the props.

Grumman Wildcat Priming   On September 1st, 2006, one of the last flying Grumman Wildcats flew into Iowa City for the re-dedication of the University of Iowa's Kinnick Stadium.  (Iowa football star Nile Kinnick was killed flying a Wildcat in World War II) This is a short video of the Wildcat priming before start.
