Precision Bombing?

"Some comments on your movie clip titled 'F-16 Precision Bombing'
I am a Marine SSgt recently returned from a combat tour in Iraq. During our work up for the deployment we were practicing calling in close air support and were shown this video as a learning tool of what not to do.
As can be heard on the tape the pilot describes "numerous individuals" moving toward a location where Marines are engaged in a fire fight. The ground controller takes the pilot at his word and clears him hot for a bomb drop. The result is many dead goats and probably a dead goat herder or two. If you actually look at the tape closely you can see by their movement that they are goats. And anyone who has done a ground tour in Iraq will tell you that herds of goats are everywhere, in cities and out in the country.
Fast movers carry very big bombs and the ground controller has to attempt to get positive identification or get someone else on the ground to give it to him before he lets the aircraft release otherwise bad things can happen. In this case thankfully is was just goats and not other Marines."
